By installing, downloading, or using the DubNow Chrome extension or website (dubnow.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the extension.

2. Description of Service

DubNow provides an automated real-time audio translation and dubbing tool for Google Chrome tabs using generative artificial intelligence models. Features include audio streaming, intelligent ducking, on-screen subtitles, and audio recording.

3. Permitted & Acceptable Use

You agree to use DubNow only for lawful personal, educational, or professional purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, exploit, or bypass free-tier daily usage quotas.
• Use the service to distribute abusive, defamatory, or harmful translations.
• Violate third-party copyright, terms of service of streaming websites, or intellectual property rights.

4. Disclaimer of AI Accuracy

Audio translation and speech synthesis are generated by artificial intelligence. While powered by Google's state-of-the-art Gemini Live models, translations may occasionally contain inaccuracies or misinterpretations. DubNow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

5. Subscriptions, Refunds & Cancellations

PRO tier subscriptions are billed on a monthly ($4.50) or annual ($34.99) recurring schedule. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
